We know the EXTREME WEATHER PROBLEM we now have is due to trapped CO2 gases in the Earth’s atmosphere and depleted soil bio activity that has been dying off and not able to absorb the CO2.
The natural solution is to return the excess CO2 back to the soil.
The fastest and sustainable way is to restore the depleted soil bio activity which then enables the restored soil to naturally absorb the CO2 and self-heal and restore the climate balance.
The means to restore the earths soil en masse has not been developed yet.
Lots of talk about the problem with a few bandaid projects, but no tangible solution.
